Stop scheduling first rounds
Invite ten candidates in the time it takes to book one call. They answer in their own time zone, on their own evening.
Before: a week of emails to find 30 minutes.
AsyncView runs async video interviews for your first round. Send one link, candidates record their answers when it suits them, and your team reviews and decides together. No scheduling back-and-forth.

Before: a week of emails to find 30 minutes.
Build a question set once and reuse it. Every candidate gets the same prompts in the same order, with the same time to answer.
Before: every interviewer asks something different.
Ratings, recommendations and notes sit next to the video, so the whole team reviews the same answers before anyone decides.
Before: decisions made from one person’s memory.
Jobs, interviews, question sets and reviews work together, so recruiters, hiring managers and admins follow one process.
Publish roles and keep every interview tied to the job it’s for.
Invite candidates to answer on video, on their own schedule.
Standard questions your whole team can reuse.
Evaluate every candidate against the same bar.
Pick a published job, start from a question set, and choose when the interview closes.
Each person gets a private link by email. They check their camera, try a practice question, then record each answer.
Watch at up to 2× speed, rate each answer, leave notes, then shortlist or reject.
Every interview moves through the same stages, so your team always knows what’s done, what’s waiting and who acts next.
Speed up playback, jump between questions, and rate each answer as you go. Every reviewer’s rating and notes stay with the answer.
“Clear example with real numbers. Rebuilt a slow dashboard and explained the trade-offs well.”
Candidate recordings are personal. AsyncView keeps them with your company and gives you control over who sees them.
Each candidate gets their own unguessable link. It stops taking answers once they submit or the deadline passes.
Recordings sit in a private storage bucket that is never public, and play back through links that expire after an hour.
Recordings belong to the company that sent the invite. Only its users can view them.
Passwords are stored hashed, and repeated failed sign-ins are rate limited.
No time-zone juggling, no one watching live, and a clear view of what’s coming before they press record.
Answer from a laptop or phone browser. Nothing to download or sign up for.
They see how many questions there are, roughly how long it takes and when the link closes.
A camera, mic and connection check, then a warm-up question that is never recorded.
Record any time before the link expires, even at midnight.

info@asyncview.comNo account or app needed. Each candidate gets a private link by email and records in the browser on a laptop or phone. There’s nothing to install and no password to remember.
Yes, with a practice question and a device check. Before the real questions, candidates check their camera, microphone and connection, and can answer a warm-up question that is never recorded. Real answers are then recorded once each, one question at a time.
You set the deadline. Each question has its own time limit, and recording stops when it runs out. The interview closes at the date and time you choose. Candidates get reminder emails 48 and 24 hours before, and you can extend the deadline by seven days in one click.
Three to five questions. A few minutes per question works well for most roles. Longer interviews tend to lower completion without telling you much more.
Read our hiring guidesYes, with question sets. Save questions once and import them into any new interview, then edit them for that role. Your whole team starts from the same questions.
Everything they need to prepare. The job title, your note about the interview, how many questions there are, roughly how long it takes and when the link closes. Once they start, questions appear one at a time with a countdown before each recording.
By email and in the app. When a candidate submits, every admin and HR manager in your company gets an email and an in-app notification. You can also be told when an interview expires or a recording fails, and admins choose which alerts are on.
Only your company’s users. Only people added as users in your company can view its interviews and recordings. Admins and HR managers can create interviews, review and decide; only admins change notification settings.
In private cloud storage. Answers are saved to a private storage bucket that is never public. Your team plays them back through secure links that expire after an hour.
The link closes automatically. Interviews that weren’t submitted are marked expired and your team is notified. Anything already recorded is kept, and extending the deadline reopens the link.
We’ll set up a sample interview with your own questions so you can see it from both sides.
